In short

Check Point Harmony is Check Point's suite for protecting users wherever they work: endpoints, email and collaboration apps, mobiles, browsers, SaaS and remote access. Since March 2026 Check Point markets these products as Workspace Security under new names, so Harmony Endpoint is now Check Point Endpoint Security. The products themselves and the portal you use are the same.

What is Check Point Harmony?

Harmony is the name Check Point gave to its user and workspace security products: the agent on your laptops, the layer that protects Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, the app on staff phones, the browser extension and the cloud service that connects remote users. Each product protects one attack surface, but they share the same threat intelligence (ThreatCloud AI) and the same management console (the Check Point Portal, formerly the Infinity Portal).

In March 2026 Check Point reorganised its portfolio into four pillars and dropped "Harmony" from the official product names. The workspace products now sit under Check Point Workspace Security, with names such as Check Point Endpoint Security and Check Point Email Security. Check Point presents this as a change of name: its Email Security announcement says the product delivers the same protection and is reached in the same portal. Most UK buyers still search for the Harmony names, so this site uses both. Our guide to Check Point Workspace Security has the full old-to-new name table.

You can license any product on its own or combine several. Many organisations start with email or endpoint and add the rest at renewal.

The Harmony products and their current names

Harmony Endpoint (Check Point Endpoint Security) Harmony Endpoint, originally SandBlast Agent, is a single agent for Windows, Windows Server, macOS, Linux and virtual desktops that combines endpoint protection (EPP), EDR and XDR. It brings together prevention (anti-malware, anti-ransomware, anti-exploit, anti-bot), browser protection, EDR with automated forensics, and sandboxing with content disarm and reconstruction. It comes in three editions: Advanced, Complete (which adds full disk and removable media encryption) and Elite (which adds XDR, posture management and DLP).

Harmony Email & Collaboration (Check Point Email Security) Harmony Email and Collaboration, built on the Avanan technology Check Point acquired in 2021, connects to Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace by API, with no MX record change. It inspects mail after the native filter and before the inbox, and with Email & Collaboration coverage also protects Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Google Drive, Slack, Box, Dropbox and ShareFile. See the plans for the Advanced Protect and Complete Protect tiers.

Harmony Mobile (Check Point Mobile Security) Harmony Mobile, formerly SandBlast Mobile, is mobile threat defence for iOS and Android. It checks apps, networks and the device itself for risk, blocks phishing, and can feed a risk level to Microsoft Intune or another MDM for conditional access.

Harmony Browse (Check Point Browser Security) Harmony Browse is a browser extension that blocks new phishing pages, warns when staff reuse their corporate password, filters URLs, sanitises downloads and applies data loss prevention to uploads, downloads and text entered on generative AI sites. Check Point's product page calls it Check Point Browser Security and its admin guide now calls it Check Point Browser Classic. Every Harmony Endpoint edition includes browser protection built on the same technology.

Harmony SaaS (SaaS Security) Harmony SaaS, now Check Point SaaS Security, connects to your SaaS applications by API. It maps the apps, plugins and integrations in use, flags risky configurations with guided fixes, finds and removes malware in stored files, and applies data loss prevention to files and messages.

Harmony SASE (Check Point SASE) Harmony SASE, originally Perimeter 81, gives users secure Internet Access and zero trust Private Access to internal apps, plus the Check Point Enterprise Browser for unmanaged devices. In the new structure Check Point lists SASE under its Hybrid Mesh Network Security pillar.

Workforce AI Security Workforce AI Security discovers which AI tools, browser extensions, code assistants, agents and MCP connections your staff use, applies access policies and stops sensitive data leaving in prompts and uploads. It deploys as a browser extension, with a desktop agent option, and sits in Check Point's AI Security pillar.

Check Point MDR Check Point MDR is a 24/7 managed detection and response service run by Check Point's own analysts, covering endpoint, email, network, cloud and identity, with incident response included. It also works with many third-party security tools.

Harmony Connect: end of sale

Harmony Connect was Check Point's earlier cloud secure access service. Check Point's support life cycle policy (where it now appears as Workspace Security Connect) gives end of sale as November 2023 and end of life as December 2025, with Check Point SASE (formerly Harmony SASE) as its successor. It is not a current product. If you still have a Connect tenant, or a bundle that included it, our Harmony Connect migration page explains what replaces each capability.

Check Point Harmony features shared across the suite

  • One console: every product is switched on and managed from the Check Point Portal, with shared administrators, single sign-on and event forwarding to your SIEM
  • Shared intelligence: a phishing site or malicious file seen by one product is known to the others through ThreatCloud AI
  • Correlated response: Check Point XDR/XPR (included in Harmony Endpoint Elite, or as an add-on) correlates endpoint, email and network events into incidents, and Check Point MDR adds a team to watch them around the clock
  • Microsoft 365 friendly: the email layer sits after Microsoft's own filtering, and the endpoint agent can run alongside Microsoft Defender (see Harmony Endpoint vs Microsoft Defender)
  • Linked add-ons: email add-ons such as archiving, DMARC Management and Leaked Credentials switch on in the same account

How Forever Systems helps

Forever Systems is a Check Point Advanced Partner and Check Point MSP Partner, and Check Point sits within our wider cyber security services. We scope the Harmony products and editions that fit your needs, run a trial or proof of value in your own environment, deploy agents and policies, connect Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and then tune and support the service. The Check Point Portal also supports pay-as-you-go contracts for accounts run by a managed service provider, so licences can be billed monthly, with terms confirmed at quote.

Generic background on the technologies is on our sister site: SASE, email security and endpoint security and XDR. Contact us to talk through your requirements.

How Forever Systems supplies and supports Check Point Harmony

We supply and support the Check Point Harmony suite, now marketed mainly as Check Point Workspace Security: from a single product to endpoint, email, SaaS, mobile, browser and SASE together, with Check Point MDR if you want round-the-clock cover.

  • Scoping and licensing: the right products, editions and plans for your users, devices and risk, and a clear view of what the old Harmony names now mean
  • Proof of value: trial deployments that show what Harmony finds in your own mailboxes, devices and traffic
  • Deployment: endpoint agents and policies, the Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace connection, mobile roll-out through your MDM, browser extensions and SASE access policies
  • Migration: moving from another endpoint, email or VPN product, or from Harmony Connect to Harmony SASE
  • Ongoing support: policy tuning, alert triage, upgrades and renewals, managed in the Check Point Portal

Forever Systems is a Check Point Advanced Partner and Check Point MSP Partner, so we can scope, license and run the Harmony products that fit your organisation.

Frequently asked questions

What is Check Point Harmony?

Check Point Harmony is Check Point's suite of products that protect users and their devices: Harmony Endpoint, Harmony Email & Collaboration, Harmony Mobile, Harmony Browse, Harmony SaaS and Harmony SASE. Since March 2026 Check Point markets most of them under its Workspace Security pillar, with names such as Check Point Endpoint Security and Check Point Email Security, while SASE now sits under Hybrid Mesh Network Security.

Has Check Point stopped selling Harmony?

No. The products are still sold and supported under new names. In March 2026 Check Point dropped the Harmony brand and renamed each product. Its announcement for Email Security says the protection is the same and access in the portal is unchanged, and it does not ask existing customers to migrate. Renewal quotes simply use the new names.

Can I buy individual Harmony products?

Yes. Every product is licensed on its own, so you can start with email or endpoint protection and add mobile, SASE or MDR later. The products are managed from the same Check Point Portal account, and most offer a free trial first.

Is Harmony Connect still available?

No. Check Point's life cycle policy gives end of sale as November 2023 and end of life as December 2025. Its successor is Check Point SASE, formerly Harmony SASE.

Does Check Point Harmony work with Microsoft 365?

Yes. Harmony Email and Collaboration connects to Microsoft 365 by API and inspects mail after Microsoft's own filtering, Harmony Endpoint can be deployed through Microsoft Intune and uses Microsoft Entra ID users and groups, and the Check Point Portal can forward events to Microsoft Sentinel.

What are the main Check Point Harmony features?

The main features are prevention, EDR and XDR on laptops and servers (Harmony Endpoint, with encryption in the Complete edition), API-based anti-phishing and DLP for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace and collaboration apps (Harmony Email and Collaboration), mobile threat defence (Harmony Mobile), zero-day phishing and download protection in the browser (Harmony Browse), SaaS posture management (Harmony SaaS) and secure internet and private access (Harmony SASE). All share ThreatCloud AI intelligence and the Check Point Portal.

What is Check Point security?

Check Point security means the products of Check Point Software Technologies, a cyber security vendor. Since March 2026 Check Point groups them into four pillars: Hybrid Mesh Network Security (firewalls, SD-WAN and SASE), Workspace Security (the former Harmony products for endpoints, email, mobiles, browsers and SaaS), Exposure Management (threat intelligence and ThreatCloud AI) and AI Security. Check Point cyber security products share one threat intelligence service and one management portal.

Is it Check Point or Checkpoint?

The company writes its name as two words: Check Point, short for Check Point Software Technologies Ltd. Many people search for "Checkpoint Harmony" as one word, and it means the same products.

Who runs this site?
