In short: Harmony Endpoint Elite is the top edition of Check Point Endpoint Security. It includes everything in Complete, including EDR and full disk encryption, plus Infinity XDR for Endpoint with Playblocks automation, posture management for vulnerability and patch management, endpoint DLP, and GenAI security that stops sensitive data being shared with AI tools.
What Harmony Endpoint Elite includes
Elite is cumulative. It contains:
- everything in Harmony Endpoint Advanced: threat prevention, firewall, application control, compliance, remote access VPN, browser security, EDR, Threat Emulation and Threat Extraction
- everything in Harmony Endpoint Complete: full disk encryption and removable media encryption
- and four further capabilities that are otherwise sold as add-ons:

Infinity XDR for Endpoint and Playblocks
EDR tells you what happened on one device. Infinity XDR for Endpoint groups related detections into incidents, correlates them with events from other Check Point products such as email and network security, and gives you one place to manage the investigation.
Playblocks, Check Point's security automation tool, then acts on what XDR finds. Ready-made playbooks can, for example, block a device or IP address across enforcement points or quarantine files, and you can build or adjust workflows with a GenAI assistant in plain language. Playblocks works with Check Point and third-party products and can pass incidents to ticketing tools such as Jira and ServiceNow. Posture management: vulnerability and patch management
Many breaches start with software that should have been patched. Posture management uses the same Harmony Endpoint agent to discover vulnerable versions of the operating system and third-party applications on each device, show the risk in the console, and deploy patches automatically or on demand. From the same screen you can isolate a device that is at risk.
That removes the need for a separate patching agent for many organisations, and it directly supports the security update control in Cyber Essentials, which expects high and critical updates to be applied within 14 days of release. DLP and GenAI security
Endpoint DLP in Elite inspects data as it moves: files being uploaded or downloaded, text typed or pasted into web forms, and the clipboard and printing. Each rule can simply detect and log, prevent the transfer, block it outright, ask the user for a business justification, or redact the sensitive text. Rules use Check Point's predefined data types, such as bank account and payment card numbers, your own custom data types, or sensitivity labels imported from Microsoft Purview Information Protection. Check Point documents DLP on Windows and macOS clients.
GenAI security, which Check Point calls GenAI Protect, applies the same thinking to AI tools. It monitors which generative AI applications staff use and detects or prevents confidential information being shared in prompts, which matters under UK GDPR when personal data could end up with a third-party AI provider.
Check region availability first. Check Point's administration guide currently lists DLP as available for Check Point Portal tenants in the EU, US, India, Australia and UAE regions, and GenAI Protect for the EU, India, US, Australia and Canada regions. The UK region is not listed for either, so if your tenant is, or must be, hosted in the UK we confirm what is available before you buy Elite for its DLP features. Why consolidate onto Elite rather than buying add-ons
XDR, Posture Management, and DLP and GenAI Security can each be added to Advanced or Complete. Organisations often choose Elite instead because:
- One SKU per device keeps quoting, renewals and true-ups simple
- Fewer agents and consoles: patching, DLP and EDR come from the same client you already run, so there is less to deploy and less to conflict
- Joined-up incidents: XDR correlation is most useful when posture and DLP events are in the same place
- No gaps: every device has the same protection, rather than add-ons bought for some groups and not others
If you need just one add-on, buying it separately may cost less. We quote both ways so you can compare like for like.
