In short: The Check Point Infinity Platform, now called the Check Point Platform, is Check Point's consolidated, AI-powered, cloud-delivered security platform for network, cloud and workspace products. Its console, the Infinity Portal, was renamed the Check Point Portal in March 2026. It gives one sign-in for every Harmony product, with roles, SSO, MFA, SIEM event forwarding and MSP account management.
What is the Check Point Infinity Platform?
Infinity is the name Check Point used for its unified security architecture: network, cloud and workspace products that share one threat intelligence service (ThreatCloud AI), one cloud management layer and, for larger organisations, one commercial agreement (the Platform License Agreement). Check Point describes it as an AI-powered, cloud-delivered platform and the shared infrastructure behind its network, cloud and workspace security, with the aim of consolidating controls onto a single platform.
You will see it written several ways. Check Point's website now titles the page "Cyber Security Platform (Formerly Infinity)" and mostly says "the Check Point Platform". Product names are moving the same way: Infinity XDR is now presented as Check Point XDR/XPR, and Infinity AI Copilot as Check Point AI Assist (formerly AI Copilot). Older quotes, contracts and documentation still use the Infinity names. For Harmony customers the practical meaning is simple: your products all live in one Check Point Portal account.
From Infinity Portal to Check Point Portal
The Infinity Portal was renamed the Check Point Portal as part of the March 2026 reorganisation (see Check Point Workspace Security). It is the same console with the same sign-in, and Check Point describes it as a SaaS management console for all of its portal services. The product launcher (the nine-dot grid) now groups services by pillar, so the former Harmony products appear under a Workspace Security section; Check Point's announcement gives "Email Security" as the example.
Administration guides on Check Point's support site have been retitled to match (the portal guide is now the Check Point Portal Administration Guide), and older bookmarks and documentation that say "Infinity Portal" refer to the same thing.
What the Check Point Portal does
- One console for every product: manage Endpoint Security, Email Security, Mobile Security, Browser Security, SaaS Security, SASE and Workforce AI Security from a single account, with a shared view of events
- Users and roles: invite administrators and give each a role per service, so, for example, a help desk team can be given access to one product without control of the others
- Single sign-on: users can sign in through an identity provider, with setup guides for Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace, Duo, Microsoft ADFS, OneLogin, Ping Identity, PingFederate, RADIUS and generic SAML. Up to five identity providers can be added per account, and directory integration (SCIM) synchronises your users and groups
- Multi-factor authentication: new portal accounts are created with MFA turned on (authenticator app, SMS code or passkey), and Check Point treats MFA as mandatory for accounts that sign in with a username and password. Users who sign in through SSO follow your identity provider's MFA policy
- SIEM event forwarding: a separately contracted service that pushes logs and events to up to three SIEM destinations in Syslog, CEF or LEEF format over TLS or mutual TLS (Splunk, QRadar and ArcSight are given as examples), or places them in a Check Point Azure storage account for your SIEM to pull (EU and US regions only). A dedicated destination type sends events to Microsoft Sentinel through the Azure Monitor Logs Ingestion API
- Data region: accounts are hosted in a chosen region, and the regions documented for individual services include the UK, the EU, the US, Australia, India and the UAE. Feature support can differ by region, so we confirm availability per product
- MSP accounts: the portal supports service providers managing customer child accounts, including pay-as-you-go contracts and MFA policy enforcement across child accounts. We use this to provision, monitor and support customer accounts, and to offer monthly billing
How the Harmony products sit inside it
| Current name | Pillar | Harmony name and our guide |
|---|---|---|
| Check Point Endpoint Security | Workspace Security | Harmony Endpoint and deployment |
| Check Point Email Security | Workspace Security | Harmony Email and Collaboration (Avanan) |
| Check Point Mobile Security | Workspace Security | Harmony Mobile |
| Check Point Browser Security (Browser Classic) | Workspace Security | Harmony Browse |
| Check Point SaaS Security | Workspace Security | Harmony SaaS |
| Check Point SASE | Hybrid Mesh Network Security | Harmony SASE (Perimeter 81) |
| Workforce AI Security | AI Security | Workforce AI Security |
| Managed Detection and Response | Check Point Services | Check Point MDR |
Event forwarding from the portal covers these services too: Check Point lists Endpoint Security, Email Security, Mobile Security, Browse Security, Check Point SASE and Workforce AI Security among the sources it can send to your SIEM. Because the products share one account, Check Point XDR/XPR (formerly Infinity XDR) can correlate events from endpoint, email, network and cloud into a single incident, and Playblocks, Check Point's security automation tool, can carry out automated responses across products when an attack is detected.
Check Point AI Assist (formerly Infinity AI Copilot)
Check Point AI Assist, formerly AI Copilot and earlier marketed as Infinity AI Copilot, is Check Point's generative AI assistant for security administrators, IT teams and security operations staff. Administrators ask it questions in plain language, and it draws on your own policies, access rules, objects and logs, plus Check Point's product documentation, to help with policy changes, trouble tickets, threat prevention settings, threat hunting and incident response. Check Point positions it across the Check Point Platform. Availability varies by product, so we will show you what it can do in your account.
How we use the portal for you
When you buy Harmony through Forever Systems, we create or adopt your Check Point Portal account in the right data region, set up SSO and administrator roles, switch on the products you have licensed, and connect event forwarding to your SIEM or Microsoft Sentinel if you have one. You keep full access to your own account; we add our team as administrators so we can support it.
If you are inheriting an account created years ago under the Infinity name, we can review its users, roles, identity provider settings, policies and forwarding setup. Contact us to arrange it, or read about ThreatCloud AI, the intelligence the platform shares.

Contact usFrequently asked questions
What is the Check Point Infinity Portal?
The Infinity Portal is Check Point's cloud management console for its products, including all the Harmony products. In March 2026 it was renamed the Check Point Portal. It is the same console and the same sign-in.
What is the Check Point Infinity Platform?
It is Check Point's consolidated, AI-powered, cloud-delivered security platform. Network, cloud and workspace products share ThreatCloud AI threat intelligence and are managed through the Check Point Portal. Check Point's website now calls it the Check Point Platform (formerly Infinity).
Can the Check Point Portal send logs to Microsoft Sentinel?
Yes. Event forwarding, which needs its own contract, has a Microsoft Sentinel destination that uses the Azure Monitor Logs Ingestion API. It can also push events in Syslog, CEF or LEEF format over TLS to other SIEMs such as Splunk or QRadar.
Does the Check Point Portal support single sign-on?
Yes. Users can sign in through identity providers including Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, Google Workspace, Duo, Microsoft ADFS, OneLogin and Ping Identity, or any SAML server, with SCIM directory integration. Accounts that sign in with a username and password must use multi-factor authentication.
What is Infinity AI Copilot called now?
Check Point now calls it Check Point AI Assist (formerly AI Copilot). It is a generative AI assistant for administrators that uses your policies, rules and logs plus Check Point's documentation to help with policy changes, tickets, threat hunting and incident response.
