From Avanan to Harmony
Avanan was acquired by Check Point in 2021. Its API-based approach, connecting directly to Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace and scanning after the native filter, became the basis of Harmony Email and Collaboration. Many people still search for it by the Avanan name.
What Avanan protects
- Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace email
- Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
- Google Drive and Slack
- Against phishing, business email compromise, malware, account takeover and data leakage
